Family Date Night

Vince and I wanted to go out but couldn't find a sitter, so we took the kids.

First stop, Grandma Jane's for a visit and some wig trying on.

Then we took the kids to Costa Vida for dinner and then to Kiwi Loco for some ice cream. 

The topping bar was the highlight of their entire life. Seriously. 

She LOVES swedish fish and skittles. But sadly, when you put those in ice cream they become hard and frozen and she ended up not eating any of the treats because they were too cold and crunchy. 

As we were sitting here I asked the kids if they liked going on a date with Mom and Dad, and Ivy exclaimed, "I LOVE DATES!"
