Quick Trip

My cousin Jonathan passed away in Utah, and we headed down to the funeral with Daddy.

Ivy likes to pack her own backpack, and boy does she pack it good!

 We were waiting for our ride with Grandpa & Grandma Byram, so we killed the time with a little photo taking. 

Once in Utah I ran around trying to pick out Granite, and almost died in a hurricane on 1-15 driving my dad's car!

I went with this one!  Bianco Tuscana. It's brushed and honed and absolutely awesome. 

Tom came up from St. George for the funeral so he got the job of holding up my mom's mothers day quilt for a photo, as Mom and Dad were gone to Lousiville for Taurean's Graduation. 

With Mom and Dad gone, we thought it would be a good idea to pile all the kids at their house and leave them with just one babysitter. 

Then we all piled in Liz'z burb and headed to the funeral. 

We took the older kids and as you can tell, Brooke was NOT happy about having to sit in the baby seat.
