Neighborhood Carnival

Our old neighborhood puts on a parade and carnival every year.
We went, even though we don't live there anymore....
call it rights of the Primary President or something...
(It's so hard to be part of a ward you don't live in anymore)

Sweet little Ariel was so excited to go.

And our very tough 49er was chopping at the mouth guard to get there.

And our little cowgirl was rowdy as ever!

Ariel's face says it all.  "Why are pictures so painful?"

The carnival had to be moved to the church because of the insane wind that day, but it was still so fun!

They each got a loot bag and punch card for the 22 games.

Ivy was terrified of all the scary people.  But she finally started to smile once she got some candy in that bag!

The games were so cute.  And blindfolded Ariel made me laugh so hard!

I tried so hard the whole night to get a cute picture of all three at the carnival, but Ivy WOULD NOT take her eyes off the scary people.  She would NEVER look at me!

One last attempt.  Apparently the loot bag was way more exciting.

While we were at the carnival, Daddy was driving home from Utah, puking his guts out.

What a night!
