Sunday Snapshots

 

 

 One Saturday after Jack's indoor football game, he fell asleep in the car. This hasn't happened in years!

The next day he woke up sick, and missed church. He had a high fever and just didn't feel good.

 Cut to Wednesday, he was STILL sick! He had missed two baseball games, two practices and he even had to miss his cousin Roston coming home from his mission. He was heartbroken that he had to stay home. He ended up missing the entire week of school. 

He watched the homecoming festivities across the street from Ivy's room. We went into the Dr. 3 times that week. He had super high fevers and could barely walk or eat. 

 They though mono, but that came back negative. We tried a couple different antibiotics and finally got one working. 

 And then of course Ivy decided she needed to be sick too. We just couldn't win. We finally decided that he probably had a serious case of strep. So we treated Ivy for the same thing. She also had an ear infection.
