Lemonade Stand

My kids have begged for YEARS.  I say no everytime, but on this particular 90 degree day I said yes!
Just to get them out of the house!

Jack's best buddy and neighbor Easton helped out.

The kids ate just as much as they sold.

They we so dang hot! I was making cookies and lemonade and running it out to them every few minutes.

 James enjoyed from the inside.

Solids

A week or two before James turned 4 months old we decided to try some rice cereal to see if it could help him be a little happier. It worked!

The weekend

Ivy had a little Ice Cream....

Jack and Brooke were fighting like cats and dogs, so we told them they had to be nice to each other until the fireworks or we wouldn't go. We even handcuffed them together.

Then it was off to the fireworks in Rigby

We had a great view!

The Jelly Bean

Saturday morning we were driving to Idaho Falls to run errands, when I heard weird screaming from the back seat.

Ivy was hysterical but I couldn't understand why. Finally I screamed at the kids to find out what was wrong while I tired to find a place to pull over.

"She put a jelly bean up her nose!" Jack said.
"And it's stuck!"

I pulled over and tried to get it out, but no luck. And she was screaming hysterically.
We drove straight to the Urgent Care and had to wait FOREVER! With all the kids.

When I asked her why she would put a jelly bean up her nose, she said, "Jack said it would be funny."
Jack and Brooke had apparently been doing it too.

It took two of us to get it out!

But she lived!

Table Mountain

In the end of June, Jack and Vince hiked Table Rock, and finally made it to the summit.
They have tried two other times but ran into bad weather and had to turn around.

It was around 14 miles round trip.
